Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess a good bachelor’s degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science or another quantitative field or possess 1 to 3 years relevant job experience in the above fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic SQL query scripting skills or knowledge in other database technologies.
• Familiarity with data modelling, data wrangling and data preparation will be a plus.
• Proficiency in using one of the programming languages (e.g. C++, C#/.NET, Java, Python) or willingness to pick up programming knowledge required.
• Meticulous and self-driven, with a strong passion to achieve.
• Student centric, positive attitude, professional and a pleasant disposition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills, able to work with stakeholders of various levels.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals.
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical skill to perform data profiling and data visualization.

You will work closely with Associate Dean (Student Affairs), Head of Admissions & Outreach Unit, as well as Admissions & Outreach team members to handle operational matters relating to Admissions and Outreach.
As Executive / Senior Executive (Admissions & Outreach), the ideal candidate will develop data repositories and maintain a portal which enables key stakeholders to securely process admission data. The ideal candidate will also support the admissions processes of graduate and undergraduate Law students, as well as various outreach initiatives to market NUS Law programmes locally and internationally, ensuring cohesive and effective communication across all platforms to meet the strategic objectives of student recruitment.
