OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing and Communications Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. This role involves creating engaging content, managing social media channels, measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in corporate communication strategies to support business objectives, increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading communications materials, including publications, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
  • Create compelling content for various channels (both digital and print).
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Assist/manage the firm’s digital marketing strategies and SEO initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Ensure all communications align with the company’s corporate visual identity guidelines and brand voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing communications.
  • Assist with other marketing & communication activities, projects and events as needed.
  • Some travel may be required for off-site events.

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications (experience/exposure to related fields are encouraged)
  • Preferably 3-4 years’ experience in a related field (see above), though others may apply
  • Knowledgeable/have experience in corporate communications digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO and web analytics is an added advantage

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail and able to multitask, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
