Description:

DESCRIPTION

Manage the Executive Office to support the operation of 24-hour PEMC services. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Coordinates and supervises day-to-day support services for effective functioning of the Executive Office including scheduling and modifying work flow, phone and vacation coverage. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values of the Sisters of Providence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience as an Assistant to a Senior Executive.
  • 5 years of experience working in an Executive Office environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Supervisory experience.
