In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Senior Digital CRO & UX Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise to our Digital department.
Carnival UK is building an industry-leading Digital function dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that delight our guests, fulfil our promise of holiday happiness, whilst driving substantial revenue growth. We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the Senior Digital CRO & UX Executive will play an important role in shaping the way we do this.
This exciting opportunity will support in delivering the CRO, personalisation & UX roadmap. Working closely with our CRO agency, to plan and deliver A/B, Multivariant and Personalisation tests across our digital journey.

Responsibilities:

THIS PIVOTAL ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Supporting the day-to-day co-ordination of our CRO and testing agency. You will work with the UX Manager and digital Team to ensure that every touchpoint is optimised and that brand standards are maintainedConsistently aim to improve the customer journey by analysing onsite user behaviour and conducting regular CRO and UX audits.
  • Running and co-ordinating our onsite survey user feedback to measure NPS and future UX/UI test candidates to feedback to the Manager
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver projects to tight deadlines and ensure website activity is aligned with other parts of the business wherever possible
    This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
