Senior Executive (DMERI - Resource Planning Group)

In this role, you will:

  • Perform PA Secretary Duties
  • Maintain and update Senior Director’s calendar to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings, conferences, and appointments
  • Coordinate internal and external meeting
  • Handle confidential data with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide high quality and efficient administrative support to the Senior Director to enable smooth running of day-to-day operations
  • Support the Division Resource Planning Group
  • Assist in project planning
  • Assist in the consolidation of budgets for Annual Budget Planning (ABP)
  • Support in Division event organisation and logistic planning
  • Generate and collate data as well as assist in regular report preparation on statistics such as project status, manpower utilisation and budgets
  • Monitor project status, operating budget and manpower utilisation and highlight issues if any
  • Maintain and update project relationships in HR Portal
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy as well as timeliness in all work submissions
  • Be the Administrator for overseeing the division’s SharePoint and Knowledgebase platform
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure that work is carried out smoothly and timely
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Some knowledge in data analytical tool (e.g. Power BI) will be advantageous
  • Basic financial knowledge is preferred
  • Good knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
