We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful transaction team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly over a number of client deals across the UK and Globally.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll advise clients across all sectors supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies to manage various macro challenges and opportunities, with a strong focus on translating these challenges into action plans across a range of different engagements including supply chain, greenfield projects, pre-deal (unlocking policy dependencies, carve out blue prints), post-deal (integration planning, tracking), business cases and impact assessments, growth strategies and market entry, energy strategy, scenario planning and restructuring (incl rapid cost reduction).
This is a strongly entrepreneurial role involving growing the business and advising clients against the backdrop of non-linear but market-changing macro trends across money (inflation,interest rates), energy transition, sustainability, globalisaton and technology. A commercial mind-set is key to this consulting based role.
