Description:

[What the role is]

  • To strengthen regulatory role, governance and administration matters
  • To manage Asatizah Recognition Scheme (ARS) data in Integrated Learning Management (ILM) Portal

[What you will be working on]

MANAGE ARS DATA IN ILM PORTAL:

  • To ensure smooth data migration and usage of the portal.
  • To enhance ARS features in the portal i.e. ARS/IECP Directory etc.

A ssist Lead Cluster and Head :

  • To manage finance and registry matters for the unit.
  • To support the planning and development of ARS policies.
  • To support the planning of cluster events.

[What we are looking for]

  • Tertiary education in Islamic Studies with ARS Certification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong background in regulatory work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic and Malay as selected candidate will be required to work with materials and correspond with stakeholders in these three languages.
  • Strong interest in Asatizah development and Socio-Religious Issues.
  • Meticulous and systematic worker capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.

Responsibilities:

REGULATORY ROLE, GOVERNANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MATTERS:

  • To ensure all regulation works i.e. ARS/Islamic Education Centres and Providers (IECP) application processes, assessment and certification are aligned with Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA) s87 rules provisions
  • To ensure implementation of all regulations that related to Continuous Professional Education (CPE) credit accumulation, suspension and cancellation of ARS/IECP and (ARP) in accordance with governance procedures.
