NUHS@Home is an innovative hospital-at-home service programme designed for eligible patients who prefer and can receive hospital level care in a familiar environment.
The dynamic NUHS@Home team is looking for passionate and innovative new members to join us as we co-create and develop a new care delivery service for our patients.
As a Senior Executive for Marketing and Communications with NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in assisting the Communications Lead in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and initiatives to promote NUHS@Home and its home hospital services. This position will help drive marketing, communications and outreach efforts to support NUHS@Home’s growth objectives as it scales up nationwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Communications Lead in developing and implementing an integrated marketing and communications strategy and calendar
- Manage NUHS@Home’s website content, social media channels and digital marketing efforts to showcase its services, patient stories and achievements
- Support Communications Lead in the development of educational resources and publicity materials for patients, caregivers and healthcare partners on how NUHS@Home can supplement in-person care
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties to ensure that the communications activities meet the goals and objectives of the overarching communications strategy.
- Support stakeholder and community engagement events to promote NUHS@Home to hospitals and partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure communications and marketing aligns with clinical, operations and business goals
- Other duties as and when required to support the overall marketing and communications objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Literature, English Language, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline, etc
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills; is a team player who also works well independently.
- Organised and meticulous, strong in admin functions
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Social media agency / roles experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- A proven and successful track record with a strong portfolio in digital and social media marketing
- Tech savvy and up to date with social media trends, platforms and best practices on Facebook, IG, LinkedIn and Tik Tok
- Proficient in using social media tools such as publishing, analytics and reporting
- Able to take good videos and photos in the social media context
- Willing to accommodate the real-time nature of social media and possess a sense of urgency to put up posts immediately outside of working hours (E.g. weekends on an ad hoc basis)
- Working knowledge of Workplace by Facebook will be an added advantage
