At Compare the Market, our purpose is to make great financial decision making a breeze for everyone, and that purpose drives us every day.
It’s why we’re on a mission to create an automated quoting engine, with the simplest of experiences, wrapped in a brand everyone loves!

WE’D LOVE YOU TO BE PART OF OUR JOURNEY.

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for someone with a passion for Data to join our team as Senior Executive. You’ll be focusing on analysing and delivering a clear narrative on marketing performance.
No two days will be the same working in our fast paced Marketing team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with stakeholders across a variety of teams, including Data, Finance, Marketing and Revenue, to build an understanding of the data and aid strategic planning and decision making, and support (and enhance) key marketing planning processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue, Data Insights and Finance and familiarise yourself with data sources to form a thorough and broad understanding of performance across marketing.
  • Closely and continually monitor performance using sources such as Anaplan, Power BI and Google Analytics to ensure emerging trends are identified quickly.
  • Clearly articulate the macro marketing performance story to key stakeholders across the business through accurate and effective reporting.
  • Evolve Central Planning reporting to drive increased clarity around performance challenges and opportunities.
  • Marketing cost management; understand and clearly report on cost variances to Plan/latest forecast.
  • Review and form a recommendation on how to improve/streamline the spend reforecasting process.
  • Support the annual marketing/revenue team forecasting/reforecasting process; ensure functional planners provide Central Planning with what we need to enable us to provide a clear macro view of investment and return and clarity around risks and opportunities.
