Senior Executive, Membership Sales and Event Management

at  Serangoon Gardens Country Club

MEMBERSHIP SALES

• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new members to the club.
• Conduct tours of the club facilities for prospective members.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and referrals to convert prospects into members.
• Maintain a database of potential members and track progress in the sales cycle.
• Prepare and present membership proposals and contracts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Recognised University Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generations and relationship building
• Possess event management and partnership relationship management or where relevant and equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting targets
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
