  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs on AI, digitalization, robotics, and sustainability.
  • Support in acquiring new skills and knowledge to adapt to technological advancements.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions and suggest improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or diploma holder in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in AI, digitalization, automation, and sustainability.
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and grant application processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
