JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering or its equivalent.
Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
Knowledge and familiar with Authority requirements and code of practices.
Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Results oriented team player with good interpersonal, oral, written communication skills.
Highly motivated individual with hands-on approach.
Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Manage and lead a team of maintenance supervisor and technicians in the Facility Management.
• Manage, plan and supervise the maintenance of the Building and all M&E works eg. Air-conditioning, Lifts, Electro-magnetic locking system, lighting works, Fire Protection system, and Sanitary & Plumbing works.
• Manage the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) of systems and equipment which include the outsourced M&E systems and Bio-medical Equipment (BME), as well as in-house maintained Furnitures, Fittings & Equipment (FFE) such as beds and wheel-chairs.
• Lead technical discussion with vendors / contractors during meetings.
• Implement and manage cyclical and improvement projects and ensure operational effectiveness in terms of cost, time, safety and quality.
• Responsible for the coordination and supervision for installation, testing and commissioning services of projects undertaken by FM, eg. Electrical systems, ACMV systems etc.
• Manage and review service contracts before their expiry dates and ensure there are no lapse in any of the service contracts.
• Support Request for Proposal (RFP) and develop requirement specifications, source and evaluate for vendors/contractors for the best solution provider.
• Manage the purchase requisition of parts and services and ensure jobs are completed satisfactorily for the Purchase Orders (PO) raised in a timely manner.
