1. Web Inquiries-Receiving, Analyzing Web queries posted on website by prospect Customers. Based on the inquiry, propose suitable facility, type of registration and license details to the customer.
2. Providing all information to Customer regarding registration of Company such as Steps to Register- provide all steps required for registering the company from submission of application form till handover of Lease, License and Facility keys.
3. To attend to customers calls on landline, Mobile and respond to customers SMS and Whatsapp messages
4. Providing Technical information to Customer queries such as layout, dimensions, floor weight, height, electrical power, etc of specific facility.
5. Regular Follow-up up with Customer who has submitted their query.
6. Advising Customer- regarding Legal Documents required for particular type of registration.
7. Checking Application form and related documents- After submission of Application forms and related documents, check for any missing information & documents, prior assigning the Application
8. Preparing Weekly Report for management meeting,
9. Coordinating with Manager in day-to-day work
10. Providing update to management on prospect market based on Economic Trends- Based on Economic and Geo-Political situation, on regular basis, to the management and update about emerging markets
