• Contribute to policy development in the area of financial controlling and be involved in the customizing of policies, procedures, and practices.
• Define, coordinate and execute the annual planning process to ensure financial target setting throughout the organization.
• Review financial targets and proposes correction measures to address deviations.
• Implement and administer established financial controlling policies, procedures, and practices.
• Coordinate and perform relevant periodic reporting in a complete, timely and comprehensive way.
• Manage further conceptual development of the reporting tools and reporting contents in close alignment with management.
• Provide financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and standards as well as oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Act as project manager for finance and controlling projects.
• Provide advice and assistance to management and other stakeholders on complex financial instruments and risks.
• Participate in the management team decision making process and have an influence on investment decisions.
