DISCOVER YOUR EXCITING ROLE
We are looking for a proactive Senior Expert, HR Systems / Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in Stuttgart. The Senior Expert, HR Systems / Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing global HR projects from initiation to completion. This role involves overseeing the implementation of S4 Hana, enhancements to SuccessFactors, and various system optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HR systems, and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage complex HR projects from initiation to completion, including S4 Hana implementation, SuccessFactors enhancements, and system optimizations
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations
