YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics and Computer Engineering or similar;
- Master methods of process designing, requirement engineering, moderation and presentation;
- Good understanding of the demand-to-solution process;
- Very good analytical and structural skills; experience with requirements analysis;
- Knowledge of requirement-gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases;
- Experience working as part of a matrix organization;
- Communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness;
- Understanding of modern IT landscapes and software development processes;
- Very good English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Advising HR regions on all HR policies related topics to establish one worldwide standard and best practice;
- Collecting and coordinating requirements to our new HR Cloud solution (success factors);
- Analyzing and design requirements from the HR processes for the HR IT team with our Regional HR teams on an eye level and work out global standards and improvements from this with the product owners;
- Advising the regional HR teams and process owners on IT requirements arising from HR processes and process development;
- Checking defined requirements for completeness, quality, comprehensibility, consistency and feasibility, taking into account dependencies and risks;
- Accompany the regional HR units and process managers in the interface to the HR IT team (product owner) with prioritization and management of the change requests;
- Working closely with the product owner and stakeholders to translate HR requirements into detailed specifications and user stories with focus on an end-to-end-process landscape;
- Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency within our HR cloud solution;
- Supporting the Regional HR teams & Global Process owners in setting up the content concepts for individual software needs or change requests for the global cloud solution;
- Create decision papers/recommendations for HR Management Team;
- Collaborate closely with Expert HR Policies to align the process and policy landscape for success factors.
