Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a senior IT security role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are preferred.
- Experience with security technologies and tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).

Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Security Strategies: Create and execute the IT security strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 2700x, TISAX) as well as implementing and maintaining the Information Security Management System.
Risk Management, Compliance, and Incident Response: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT security risks; conduct audits, and lead incident response and investigations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations including support of the compliance framework with regards to product cybersecurity (e.g. R155).
- Security Architecture: Design and implement security architecture for new systems and applications; review and manage security measures for IT projects.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure integrated security efforts and communicate risks and strategies to executive leadership.
- Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver security awareness programs to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.
- Stay Current on Security Trends: Continuously monitor and update knowledge on the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.
