Responsibilities:

DISCOVER YOUR EXCITING ROLE

As a (Senior) Expert in Talent Management, you will be the key specialist for developing innovative talent solutions and driving personnel development projects. You will act as an expert within the global HR teams, helping to design and implement customized programs for talent acquisition, development, and retention. In this role, you will leverage technological innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven analytics to shape future-ready processes.

EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advise HR leaders and HR managers on talent development initiatives.
  • Design and implement data-driven talent programs utilizing modern IT tools and AI-based solutions.
  • Analyze talent data to identify trends and develop targeted solutions for talent retention and development.
  • Collaborate with HR IT and HR Analytics to enhance existing talent management processes, increasing their efficiency and impact.
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing and digitizing talent management processes in line with organizational goals.
