- Provide legal advice in the fields of corporate and company law, financing transactions, and capital markets matters.
- Prepare, participate in and document shareholder and board meetings, including in particular the annual general meeting of OMV Aktiengesellschaft.
- Manage corporate governance compliance of OMV Group, evaluate performance, and monitor developments.
- Steer legal aspects of OMV’s subsidiaries, joint-venture participations, internal transactions, and corporate reorganizations.
