For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for a Senior Expert Science & Technology – Functional Lead (m/f/d).

• Independently design, plan, and execute scientific experiments and related analytical tests for biologic drug product development and stability studies
• Document raw data, evaluate results, and report findings in collaboration with project leads, ensuring accuracy and thorough interpretation
• Actively participate in project sub-teams, contribute to Drug Product development and CMC teams, ensuring information exchange and project alignment
• Manage and maintain specialized lab tools and equipment, scheduling qualifications and performing necessary maintenance tasks
• Develop or optimize laboratory methods/processes, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies
• Work according to lab standards, promote operational excellence, address complex problems, and support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
