Ocean Infinity is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to drive operational accountability and delivery of facility and real estate services across the portfolio. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring an environment that is clean, safe and compliant with all relevant regulations and legislation.
The position will involve operational service delivery of all facility related services which includes both Hard and Soft services, Security, Food Services, Workspace Projects, Procurement, HSE and other related service provisions. This role will provide oversight of functional services to ensure efficient and consistent delivery across the portfolio. Developing and consolidating functional procedures against the delivery of services. Working alongside and in alignment with the wider FM Team, you’ll oversee maintenance, repairs, and safety practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
The position will report to the Head of Facilities and Real Estate.

What will you do:

  • Oversee the operational management of facilities for all OI sites, either directly or through facility coordinators. This includes delivering all facilities management services and projects, and acting as the key interface between the team and other business functions/stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement robust industry leading processes and procedures to ensure success of the facilities function;
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, our suppliers and other partners ensuring that operational and compliance aspects are delivered in accordance with the SLA’s and KPI’s by an agreed program of qualitative checks and controlled measures;
  • Support the delivery of the carbon reduction program and sustainability initiatives in line with Ocean Infinity’s targets and objectives;
  • Manage the financial accountabilities for the Facilities cost centre budget, Facilities project budgets and Functional project budgets;
  • Drive and Implement Health and Safety awareness and culture in collaboration with HSSEQ, ensuring safety, efficiency, policies and programmes are met across all locations;
  • Advise Team and Safety Committee on general health and safety matters, seeking further information from the appropriate SMEs/specialists, or consultants, as necessary;
  • Actively participate with internal and external health and safety audits and inspections;
  • Responsibilities are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the company.

Who you are:

  • Educated in Facilities/Property Management (IWFM Level 4 & above) or suitable similar qualifications & experience;
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or recognised equivalent Health and Safety qualification;
  • Strong leadership experience of teams in matrixed environments with the ability to influence others;
  • A passionate, high-energy, self-starting team player who is open to new ideas, demonstrates critical thinking, drives change, and strives for continuous improvement;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills to develop performance metrics, is financially astute, and adept at budgeting, cost management, and identifying savings opportunities;
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently;
  • Demonstrable experience with Asset and Lifecycle management processes and systems;
  • Demonstrable planning and organisation skills with facilities and property management;
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required;Enthusiastic about protecting the people and the planet.

Salary for this position: Up to £55,000 per year.
Salary: The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
