QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of FA Engineering experience in a fast paced and high growth environment (industrial and/or automotive is a plus)
• The position is onsite at our Menlo Park location

RESPONSIBILITIES

While Mainspring is growing rapidly to scale production of its linear generators, Failure Analysis is a crucial element to the success of our mission and this role is a key enabler. We use Failure Analysis (FA) results to improve our design and manufacturing processes as well as the ones of our suppliers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the X-functional stakeholders that are the recipients of FA work product.
• Develop a closed loop system with Field Operations, Electrical Engineering and Supplier Quality ensuring that the FA results are recorded and communicated through.
• Create metrics to help X-functional stakeholders focus on necessary corrective actions of electrical failures.
