In this role, you will:

  • Support the Investment Strategists and Fiduciary Specialists in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
  • Provide services to clients by preparing client presentations, investment reviews and prospect information
  • Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues
  • Fulfill Investment Fiduciary Services transactions, investment trades, distributions and compliance documentation
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Review risk management reports
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customersRequired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of oil, gas and mineral industry experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration
  • Experience with wealth management and asset management
  • Experience working with trusts and estates
  • Experience with oil, gas and mineral management
  • Registered Professional Landman (AAPL) or Certified Mineral Manager (NARO) or Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, problem solving, and risk assessment in the application of analytical conclusions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in a client facing environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Relationship management and asset management (and/or property management) experience in an environment serving private, high net worth clients (not institutional).

Work schedule Monday-Friday 8-5 CST, 3 days in office, 2 days remote
