In this role, you will:
- Support the Investment Strategists and Fiduciary Specialists in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management
- Provide services to clients by preparing client presentations, investment reviews and prospect information
- Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues
- Fulfill Investment Fiduciary Services transactions, investment trades, distributions and compliance documentation
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Review risk management reports
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal and external customersRequired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of oil, gas and mineral industry experience
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration
- Experience with wealth management and asset management
- Experience working with trusts and estates
- Experience with oil, gas and mineral management
- Registered Professional Landman (AAPL) or Certified Mineral Manager (NARO) or Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Sound judgment, problem solving, and risk assessment in the application of analytical conclusions
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a client facing environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Customer service experience
- Relationship management and asset management (and/or property management) experience in an environment serving private, high net worth clients (not institutional).
Work schedule Monday-Friday 8-5 CST, 3 days in office, 2 days remote
