Description:
We have an opportunity for a Senior Field Service Supervisor to join us at Honeywell, in Asker Norway, where you will be responsible for managing a team of field-based fire systems engineers, for the department’s deliveries to both new and existing customers and overseeing and driving productivity for the department’s results in accordance with budget and set goals. This is a field based role with travel to client sites as required.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and develop an engineering team’s operations and personnel to achieve the best possible profitability across the region, contribute to growth strategies and implementation for the fire systems service business
- Participate in negotiations regarding offers for commissioning and service agreements
- Conduct regular meetings with Sales and customers to strengthen and further develop the relationship with current and new customers
- Facilitate the working day for service engineers, for example ordering equipment and tools, accesses, and the like
- Follow up the department’s personnel in relation to time sheets, holiday arrangements, travel expenses and the like from the service engineers
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience within field-based engineering, ideally within service maintenance or the Fire systems industry
- Experience of supervising and managing personnel
- Supporting customers and wider sales teams with negotiating and providing quotations
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to speak both Norwegian and English at business level
- Full driving license as travel to customer site will be required within this role
