We are looking for Account & Finance Manager in Trading Company Based in Dubai.
Experience :- 8 years in UAE
Location:- Dubai( Burdubai)
Salary :- 10000 to 12000 aed
Reporting to :- Director

Job Profiles:-

• Prepare and oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data to assess performance and trends.
• Evaluate the financial impact of business decisions (e.g., new trade agreements, expansions).
• Monitor daily cash flow and manage working capital to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure there is enough liquidity to meet business obligations, such as paying suppliers, employees, and other operational expenses.
• Oversee the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Identify financial risks associated with trading activities (e.g., exchange rate fluctuations, market volatility).
• Use hedging strategies or insurance to mitigate potential risks.
• Establish internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Report to senior management and other stakeholders on the financial health of the company.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability.
• Optimize procurement processes, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
• Identify areas for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Ensure the company adheres to tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and filings, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that could impact the business.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, such as pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, and investment opportunities.
• Help assess the financial viability of new trading ventures or entering new markets.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other creditors.
• Negotiate credit terms, trade finance, and loans if needed.
• Oversee financial aspects of inventory management, which is crucial for trading companies.
• Ensure that the company has the right amount of stock to meet demand while avoiding excess inventory costs.
