We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join a dynamic department at the beginning of the company’s journey. Reporting to the Finance Controller and working closely with FP&A, the Finance Analyst for Corporate Functions you will be the business partner for key members of the Executive Committee and their teams.
As a recently qualified accountant, within this newly created position, you will gradually take responsibility for the different corporate functions. You will benefit from the mentorship of Senior Managers and have the opportunity to develop professionally as the company grows
This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester/ Shalford office, however during the interim you will be based at Leamington Spa Warwickshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budgets, track spend, analyse variances and update forecasts for Legal, HR, IT, Facilities, Real Estate and Finance
  • Analyse key business infrastructure projects and help prepare business cases to understand costs/benefits and deliver value for money
  • Perform month-end processes, including correct accounting treatment of prepayments, leases, deposits and capital expenditure
  • Help maintain strong governance and control on departmental spending
  • Play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning processes, collaborating with FP&A
  • Business partner with key stakeholders in the business providing clear financials, and value adding analysis
