Degree or equivalent experience desired

• A finance, business administration, economics, or accounting degree with a strong preference for a Finance degree.
• Minimum six (6) years practical experience in banking and other financial services is desired.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft office skills, mainly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good Presentation skills including verbal and written communication skills are desirable along with the ability to work with a diverse workforce within the company and dealer management.
• Strong planning and organizing skills: Project leadership skills.

JOB PURPOSE

As the senior person in the team, you will provide support to leadership in delivering on the team’s goals, as well as providing general leadership on all projects within the team while supporting other team members to deliver on their responsibilities.
