We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Analyst with a strong accounting background to lead our efforts in creating and optimizing accounting processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, automating cash reconciliation, streamlining booking processes, and implementing an ERP system.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in audit/accounting roles, with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing accounting processes in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation and integration preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
