Description:
WHO YOU ARE
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.) essential
- Experience of designing, implementing, and managing finance processes
- Experience of month end transactional processes and reporting
- Experience of planning cycles / using planning applications
- At least 3 years previous experience working in an analytical or financial environment.

Vodafone Investment team is now overlooking all the major transformations across Vodafone. Within the team you will have great exposure to the different mechanism and flows surrounding the setup of the different commercial and production units and how they all interact with each other. The team is the best place if you would like to experience and impact all major transformations that Vodafone is embarking on. You will work across Vodafone Group, interacting with multiple operating companies and Group functions, developing a deep understanding of business and financial mechanisms, closely cooperating with tax specialists and legal teams to ensure our charges adhere to OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines, follow financial guidelines, and align with the correct governance. In this changing environment you will need to get with grips with the current financial flows and see how the different transformations are impacting the Intercompany universe across processes and systems, and their financial implications, including which risks and opportunities we have with these changes to create greater transparency across Group.
- Design and manage reports / dashboards for clearly communicating results to stakeholders
- Review and challenge financial and non-financial source data, work to eliminate offline calculations / information
- Designing and implementing controls (preventative and detective) to provide quality assurance over financial data
- Reviewing and managing processes, and maintaining procedures manual
- Collaborating with Shared Services to deliver accurate, timely informatio
