Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Execute all financial reporting activities, including the preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and tax compliance. Ensure adherence to relevant accounting principles and standards.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital, identify potential risks, and ensure sufficient liquidity to support CleanHub’s operations and growth initiatives.
- Execute all financial accounting activities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with CleanHub’s business objectives. Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to the management team for informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Budget Control and Cost Optimization: Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budget guidelines. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across various departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders.
