WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Essential
- Formal qualifications in a relevant area and/or CA/CPA accreditation
Five years’ experience in a finance role in a comparable organization environmentA high level of self-awareness and personal effectiveness
Preferred
Familiar with TM1, PowerBI or similar analytics toolsSpecific experience in the Banking, Finance & Insurance and /or Technology industry and associated understanding and knowledge of the current and emerging regulatory, commercial, technology and operational trends.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you’ll bridge the gap between our Corporate Finance team and divisional leaders, driving key performance outcomes and strategic initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in aligning financial strategies with business goals, influencing high-impact decisions, and supporting successful execution across divisions. THE ROLE
- Provide financial support to the business with recommendations on commercial constructs, business cases and models for new divisional initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of financial and managerial reports to internal stakeholders, this specifically includes the production, analysis and actioning of monthly management, operational and Board reporting as required.
- Providing input into business packs and materials to prepare and inform business cases.
- Identifying performance opportunities through analysis and interpretation and providing clear insights to Directors and leadership teams. This includes daily, weekly, monthly results as relevant to understand and drive performance as well as ad hoc analysis and reporting requests as required.
- Supporting the planning and reforecasting processes for Divisions - providing adequate rigour and challenge.
- Seek and execute process improvements to the existing operating rhythm – team and reporting specifically – both within and across the wider business.
- Create and update relevant financial models to support new and ongoing business initiatives with a focus on driving process improvements and commercial insights.
- Understand financial implications and risks (including mitigation) of performance, projects, initiatives, contracts and educate key stakeholders on these, including translation to operational results.Liaise with key stakeholders with the Support teams, the Corporate Finance, Group Finance and Data Analytics & Insights teams and the wider business to ensure effective delivery of key objectives.
