Given our growth and ambitions, we are currently looking for a passionate Senior Finance Consultant who aspires to work in the public sector.

As a Senior Finance Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of motivated colleagues that share the same enthusiasm for the public sector as you do. You will be trained and coached in order to further develop your soft skills, finance knowledge and management capabilities. You will drive client’s finance organizations to the next level through:

• Developing and enhancing the finance organization and its operational practices.
• Assisting clients in regaining control over the financial impact of their business processes.
• Improving and expediting the closing and financial reporting processes.
• Implementing new technology solutions for data management, financial close, consolidation, planning & budgeting, and reporting, including business intelligence tools.
• Optimizing financial processes and systems to enhance decision-making capabilities.

• Providing guidance to clients on the impact and value of artificial intelligence (AI) in finance, and supporting them in implementing AI solutions to drive business impact.Advising clients on accounting processes and ensuring compliance with changing reporting requirements within the public sector.

• In addition, you will be part of the future development of the team and the services for the public sector, which can include serving as a career counselor or developing strong proposals for our (potential) clients. You will also be encouraged to participate and provide input in our regular business meetings.
