Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent
- Min 5 years relevant experience in commercial accounting
- Strong accounting knowledge and application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) will be added advantages
- Exposure in SGX and Business Partnering will be added advantage
- Knowledge of SAP S4 and BPC would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial insights to support organizational decision-making.
- Conduct financial planning and analysis, including variance reports, quarterly updates, board presentations, and external reporting.
- Prepare cashflow forecasts, quarterly projections, and annual budgets, while reviewing and challenging key assumptions.
- Collaborate with business teams on evaluating investment and divestment opportunities, ensuring accounting and tax considerations are addressed.
- Liaise with joint venture partners on financial matters, including shareholder loans, dividend distributions, and other operational issues.
- Support the review and update of Financial Authorization Limits annually.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, focusing on automation and digitalization to enhance efficiency.
- Manage the consolidation of financial data, forecasts, and budgets for streamlined reporting.
- Oversee segment-level financial consolidation and ensure compliance with group accounting policies.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
