As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our financial strategy and operations.
Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support our business goals. This role will be critical in managing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Develop and manage the company’s financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the company.
• Implement effective cash management strategies and optimize working capital.
• Cost Control & Optimisation:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
• Oversee expense management and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Risk Management:
• Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
