We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager (f/m/d) to optimize liquidity processes and ensure seamless financial operations. You’ll work alongside top professionals from fintechs, banks, and consultancies in a team that thrives on automation and process improvement—so we focus on what truly matters!
DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR SIMILAR
- Fluency in both German and English (both C1 at min.).

- Analytical Problem-Solver – You quickly analyse complex financial data and processes to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions. Your critical thinking ensures accurate, efficient financial reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Detail-Oriented & Structured – Your precision and structured approach enable you to manage consolidated financial statements, intercompany transactions, and liquidity processes with accuracy and reliability.
- Proactive Process Manager – You take initiative in enhancing financial operations, ensuring seamless workflows, strengthening liquidity management, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory & Compliance Expert – You ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices, including transfer pricing documentation, tax policies, and audit requirements, mitigating risks and upholding the Group’s financial integrity.
- Reliable & Impact-Driven Collaborator – You excel in cross-functional teamwork, using clear communication and coordination to manage intercompany bookings, oversee accounts payable, and support audits seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
- Group Financial Statements & Intercompany Transactions – Prepare consolidated financial statements, including cash flow statements using Lucanet, while managing intercompany bookings and cross-charges.
- Transfer Pricing & Compliance – Oversee transfer pricing processes, including contracts, documentation, and implementation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Liquidity & Cash Flow Management – Monitor and optimize group liquidity, including reporting, checks, and bookings to ensure financial stability.
- Accounts Payable Oversight – Manage process flows, reconciliations, and bookings to streamline the accounts payable function.
- Process Optimization & Audit Support – Drive process improvements and automation while supporting internal and external audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
