To succeed in the role, we imagine that your responsibilities will include:

Financial Reporting and IFRS

  • Ensure Statutory Reporting processes and systems to deliver consistent, accurate and timely financial information to enable efficient fact-based decision making
  • Responsible for monthly financial and quarterly and full year statutory reports for the Group, and detailed review of all team deliverables
  • Prepare technical accounting supporting memos
  • Ensure the development and improvement of accounting processes, controls, and systems
  • Primary contact for external auditors in delivery of corporate requirements and day to day audit deliverable management

Controlling

  • Improve and further develop the Controlling processes
  • Participate in the group closing process and understand the flow from entity reporting to consolidated reporting
  • Ensure cross-Group controlling and analysis of specific accounting areas is completed by the team members
  • Lead/participate in cross-functional projects or initiatives to ensure financial standards

Moreover, you have an eye for quality, and you:

  • hold a master’s degree in finance, preferably within business administration & auditing, finance, accounting or similar
  • several years of experience, preferably from an international auditing firm or from a large international company
  • Demonstrating competence in IT systems and applications and having experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, Oracle, or SAP BPC can enhance a candidate’s profile
  • speak and write fluent English
  • can be self-driven and execute on own tasks including managing stakeholders
  • are willing to travel a few times annually to visit our foreign subsidiaries
