Hikky’s Hair, a leading salon in Lekki Phase 1, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success.
About the Role:

In this exciting hybrid role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insights. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Managing cash flow and ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
• Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Implementing and maintaining internal controls for financial reporting and compliance.
• Liaising with external auditors during audits.
• Staying up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounting or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced hospitality or service industry environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ICAN certificate (a plus).
