Senior Financial Accountant

SUMMARY

This role will make a significant contribution as a member of the Finance Team and will focus on Physical related companies and profit centres. The role is a senior member of the accounting team and assists with training and supervision of junior team members.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• This role requires excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and a range of external stakeholders from various backgrounds
• Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise work effectively within time constraints
• Exceptional time management and highly organised, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• An analytical mind-set and a high level of attention to detail; able to analyse and interpret information, process data and maintain a focus on quality
• An effective communicator
• Confident using Excel and proficiency in MS Office package

QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITATIONS

Desirable:

• Experience with software Microsoft Navision
• Experience in a multinational company environment
• Spanish Speaking

• Accounts Payable accounting
• Reconciliations of subledgers and Intercompany Reconciliations
• Analysis of monthly performance of different lines of business
• Monthly reviews of balance sheet accounts
