Spotlight Retail Group, Australia’s leading specialty retailer, is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Accountant to join our high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the external audit process
  • Managing financial reporting and compliance for our international operations
  • Preparation of IFRS 16 lease accounting calculations
  • Support the month end financial close process, including preparing journals and performing reconciliations
  • Driving process improvements and system enhancements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
