Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process for 2 French legal entities
- Preparation of statutory accounts under IFRS to contribute to the year-end audit
- Compliance with regulation and all legal requirements, including tax
- Preparing and reviewing monthly VAT reporting and lodgements
- Monthly/quarterly/annual French-specific tax returns (e.g. Property tax, CIT)
- Store registrations
- Monthly accrual journals
- Monthly balance sheet review and also some specific reconciliations
- Insurance
- Audit liaison
