QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies and related concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce (Finance/Accounting) or related degree with a Finance or Financial Planning major.
- Qualified Financial Advisor and experienced hands-on client manager.
- Business development experience and a proven ability to manage and grow a client portfolio effectively.
- FASEA qualified with 6 years+ Financial Advisor experience.
- Relationship-driven leader dedicated to building the capability of your colleagues and championing their success
- Excellent communicator and comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for placing your clients’ personal goals and financial security at the heart of every investment strategy you formulate. As a collaborative team player, you will enthusiastically work with colleagues across the business to identify opportunities and improve processes.
- Manage and grow your existing client portfolio, overseeing WIP, workflow, invoicing, and delegation to junior team members.
- Build and nurture client relationships by understanding client needs and providing proactive advice and tailored guidance.
- Take ownership of technical responsibilities, including the timely and accurate preparation of SoAs, RoAs, and SoPs, and leverage tools such as XPLAN to ensure seamless implementation.
- Work in accordance with compliance guidelines to deliver outcomes and solutions for our clients.
- Provide on-the-job training and empower team members to grow and excel.
