Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with TPM Operations and Engineering key business partners to prepare capital and project expense forecasts, variance analysis, commentary and forecast submission.
  • Conduct monthly review on capital / project expenses with key business leaders to highlight performance, risks, and opportunities to ensure budgetary accountability and forecast accuracy.
  • Work closely with TPM Operations and Center of Excellence teams to coordinate and execute Fixed Asset end-to-end process.
  • Support consolidation and prepare variance analysis, commentary, and submission of Global TPM financials, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Capital for month-end, quarterly business/finance reviews, and 5-year plans.
  • Support ADC annual standard cost setting process, interacting with ADC manufacturing sites to prepare cost variance analysis, commentary, and standard cost submission.
  • Gross Margin Initiatives (GMI) analysis and forecasting, facilitate the Provalido status update with business, and ensure GMIs are accurately captured in LBEs.
  • Drive cost savings, process efficiencies, and deliver key insights for global TPM business to the broader management team.
