YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Our Vancouver office is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Business Restructuring and Turnaround Services to join our Corporate Restructuring team and own the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing financial data, reviewing financial models and accounting records;Assessing companies
- ' current financial position, business plans and financial forecasts;
- Preparing integrated cash flow models;
- Assisting the team in advising corporations, lenders, creditors, shareholders, regulators or the Courts through financial reviews, business turnarounds and financial restructurings (formal or informal);
Participating in practice development opportunities; andFlexibility to meet stakeholders and work during non-business hours.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- 2 -3 years of experience in a professional accounting services firm
- Experience in the corporate restructuring field is an asset, but not required
- Proven analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Enrolled or willing to enroll in the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) program
- Have passed the CFE exam and or have a CPA designation
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills
- Able to prioritize with the flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks as requiredCandidate must have access to reliable transportation, as travel to other BDO offices and off-site locations may be required.
Salary Range: $68,000 to $102,000
