ABOUT CITCO:

The Citco Banks offer our clients the ability to transact, place cash on deposit and access foreign exchange markets and loan facilities. • Preparation, analysis and posting of GL journals
• Calculation, posting and analysis of monthly accruals and prepayments, ensuring that all items are accurately captured.
• Preparing T24 daily P&L and Balance Sheet summary reports and performing T24 daily EOD close
• Bank reconciliations on a weekly/monthly basis
• Preparation and analysis of balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Work on intercompany relationships involving review of outbound invoices, approving inbound invoices, balance reconciliations, confirmation with counterparties and settlement on monthly basis
• Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
• Assist with monthly variance analysis
• Assist with monthly/quarterly regulatory reports
• Assist with monthly/quarterly custody fee invoicing
• Maintain adequate backups for all transactions for future audit trails
• Assist in the annual external and internal audits
• Liaise with and assist other cross functional teams
• Ad hoc projects and requests as assigned
