Senior financial analyst consolidations

Financial Consolidation Systems & Reporting Analyst is part of a small, highly experienced, integrated consolidation team. This role is responsible for assisting with and optimizing the financial consolidation processes and systems within the organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial data, developing financial reports and supporting compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role will participate in the preparation of the Groups consolidated financial statements for the SEC Form 10-Q and 10-K as well as the monthly internal management reporting. You will work closely with the other experienced members of the consolidation team, and cross functionally with departments such as Financial Planning and Analysis, Controller Group, Comp & Ben, SOX, Treasury, Tax, Senior Management, Finance functional support, site level teams and Internal and External audit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience within a multi-national company preferred
• 3+ years experience in financial consolidation and reporting preferably in a multinational organization.
• Good technical accounting skills including good knowledge of complex Group Financial Consolidations and detailed understanding of Financial Reporting (US GAAP)
• Proficiency with financial consolidation systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SmartView and other financial analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent English
