(Senior) Financial Analyst/Controller
Are you a detail-oriented Finance specialist? If so, we are looking for you! To expand our Finance team, we are hiring a Financial Analyst/Controller (m/f/d) in Berlin.
This role is envisioned as a versatile support function to aid multiple departments. The finance department is still evolving, and there’s a high demand for cross-departmental support, especially with involvement in Financial, HR, Marketing, and Operations controlling.

• Serve as the main point of contact for department requests regarding financial data and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and forecasting.
• Assist in creating and monitoring annual budgets and business cases.
• Support the annual audit process and help prepare the year-end financial statements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable structures to support the expansion of the finance function and facilitate our growth.
• Identify areas where processes can be improved, introducing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, document finance processes to ensure consistent application and compliance.
• Own the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan.
• Own all Month-end procedures including accruals and variance analysis between scenarios (actuals, Plan, Forecast…)
