Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance
Reports To: Director, Corporate Finance
Department: Corporate Finance
Term: Permanent Full-Time
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement. ​

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and provide meaningful analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information used by management, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement financial reporting changes
  • Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and ensuring the Company is compliant with IFRS, OSFI, CLHIA and other standards and regulations
  • Assist in developing and implementing new processes, improving existing processes, and maximizing the benefits of new technology tools
  • Work closely with all members of the Corporate Finance team, including the Directors and the Controller Vice-President
  • Coordinate with the business finance teams to ensure reporting deadlines are met
