Responsibilities:
- Budget and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to gather necessary financial data and assumptions.
- Develop detailed budget templates and guidance for departmental use.
- Conduct thorough reviews of departmental budget submission for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide variance analysis to identify significant deviations from the budget.
- Expense Management:
- Review and approves invoices, purchase requisition in ARIBA.
- Budget Tracking:
- Track actual expenses against the budget and provide variance analysis using advance excel functions and pivot tables.
- Prepare monthly budget reports and present findings to senior management using data visualization tools.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate financial results and insights to non-financial stakeholders using clear and concise language.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies through regular audits.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
