JOB TITLE: Senior Financial Analyst EPM Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant – EPM to support our Finance Transformation efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the Finance organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with a proven track record in transformation projects and technology implementations
  • 2+ years of experience in finance process transformation and business process optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and solutions by using new software and tools
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with stakeholders to drive organizational change

Responsibilities:

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and/or review journal entries including standard entries, reclassifications / adjustments, accruals, allocations, and intercompany transactions
  • Complete account reconciliations and analyze general ledger activity, including both Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts
  • Responsible for recording various financial transactions including prepaid assets, accrued liabilities, and customer / vendor rebates
  • Assist in preparation/maintenance of monthly and quarterly reporting and analytics
  • Support external auditors to facilitate annual audits
  • Participate in department and organization special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
  • Commitment to continuously improve the automation of accounting and reporting processes
