Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

North America FP&A is looking for a Financial Analyst Senior to support region-wide planning functions. You will collaborate within the FSD Segment, focused on Credit Information Services, Integrated Sales and Data across the North America region to improve and improve planning functions through standardization of common functions. You will report to a Finance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor’s degree.
  • Master in Business Administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree as ideal.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including PnL OpEx accounts for month end cycle, forecast analysis and budget preparation.
  • Experience dealing with high volume of data and tied deadlines.
  • Promote continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations.
  • Hyperion pulling data experience, Microsoft Access, Power BI and Tableau knowledge as ideal.
  • Critical thinking and the capability to create accurate and useful reports, and enthusiasm for translating data into relevant insight.
  • Interact at all levels and manage projects end-to-end and experience getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines.
  • Excel skill required; Experience of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of non-technology OPEX costs in forecasting, month end close, budget and managing and communicating savings plan with FSD financial planning and analysis team.
  • Support month end, forecasting and budget analysis for non-technology costs labor recharges.
  • Business partnering with the FSD department product team around multiple revenue related cost areas.
  • Manage global allocations from a financial perspective, including partner support with regional, corporate and central finance teams.
